injector torque specs

hey guys i ws wondering if any one knew the injector torque specs, the oil rail and the rocker arms toque specs thanks

Injector 24 to 26 pounds depending on year and oil rail 10 pounds and rocker arms 23 pounds. I just did this and threw the paper in the trash although i am pretty sure the numbers are right.

I got torque numbers wrote down in my garage but I'm at work.

I've read a lot of shops that do aftermarket injectors advise a slightly higher 28 ft-lb spec.
