6.0 Up Pipe??

Got this for money owed. Guy said it was an aftermarket up pipe for a 6.0 Powerstroke. I did some searching and it looks to be a up pipe. There is a part number on the pipe 1846581C1 (could also be 1346581C1) numbers kinda faded. I need help correctly identifying this so when I list it for sale that there are not any problems with description. Thanks

thats a Y-pipe collector for a 6.0L

Looks like the flex sections have been welded up.....could very well be after market.

Not knowing much about the 6.0, my research showed that it is a up pipe or y pipe. Since there was no attaching points for heat shields, I assumed that it was aftermarket. It looks to have been never used. I don't know if it fits all years for the 6.0 or not. I'm just trying to get as much info as possible before I put it up for sale.
