I would imagine 3800-4000 would all be ok

thats what i thought, twice so far its gone well into the 4000's and i don't feel safe with it doing that. and i would have thought their would be a rev limiter preventing that.

stock is 4,000. you should not go over that

anyway i can adjust that on the sct myself? or should i call innovative see if they can do it?
its only happened twice, usually it shifts hard and firm at around 3900 rpm, so i just don't understand why these two times it chose to go that high |

Yes, you can adjust it on the SCT. After you plug it in, select tune with custom tune, and then which one(if you have more than one), it will ask you if you want to adjust options or skip options. Under adjust options, go down to RPM limit, and select your choice. Innovative's Xtreme street and race both have the default RPM limit at 4150. I have adjusted it down to 3800 before, and didn't leave it because under WOT Innovative's tunes don't shift out of first or second until close to their default limit(4150). So, the truck would act all kinds of stupid, bouncing on the rev limit and not trying to shift.
