"CHECK GAUGES" light is on, what is this?

What does it mean when the check gauges light is on? I just finished replacing the 3rd fuel injector from the front on the drivers side. While i was in there i decided to do the EGR block off kit from Sinister or something like that. For those that are doing a EGR block off it is a lot of fun trying to remove and tighten little bolts that you can not get to or see.

The truck fired right up after i finished this fun round of repairs and it seems to run fine. No exhaust or turbo leaks.

The only issue i see that has happened is my oil pressure gauge is not working but the truck starts and runs fine so i assume i have a bad connection or wire loose somewhere. ANY GUESS to WHERE it may be?

I tried to do a search and could not find anything i am sure i am just brain dead at 3 a.m. from working 7 hours in a 20 degree garage.

My truck is a 2005 and i removed the egr valve and installed the block off cap the egr kit came with.

It means exactly what it says. It lit up because your oil pressure gauge doesnt work

Dave- Gauge was working before the operation, where is the sending unit or wires located under the hood if you know. Maybe i bumped them or something pulling the turbo out.

If nothing else how do i get the "check gauges" light to go out?

These 6.0's are fun to work on Actually i am glad i did the work.
