Dealership says they can't do an Oasis report anymore

The local Ford dealership here has an '03 F250 Lariat that I was interested in, so I drove it and looked it over good, seemed to run and drive fine. So we go inside the office and I asked for an Oasis report on the truck, he says they can't get information like that anymore on vehicles unless it was serviced only at they're dealership. Feels like they are trying to hide something about it to me. The truck is nice, I'd like to buy it, but I just want to see what type of service history it has had, if anyone could help me out that would be great, or tell me if what they say is true or not?

Take the vin number and go to a different dealer have them do the oasis which they should and see what it says

I would take the VIN off of it and call another dealer to have it run. I have a couple dealers i work with and both of them can run oasis reports for me.

You have to wait after you click on it. After a few seconds, the list of all the dealers will appear.

Any dealer can run any VIN. I had the same tech run at least a half dozen of them, each at a different dealer and some serviced by multiple dealers.
