thanks for the response. ill keep you in mind, but Jacksonville is a bit of a hike (5 hours) and i am assuming it would take a day or two to complete the work...not like i could just drop off the truck.

hey man, i live locally here in Ft. Lauderdale. i went to the dealer around here and they had crazy prices my neighbor recommended me to this guy his name is frank robino he owns his own shop here in davie, he used to be one of the lead mechanics at Atlantic Truck Center which just went out of buisness he knows his stuff on these 6.0 s. i just had my transmission rebuilt by him he did a great job with warranty. i belive he said he ll do studs for $2000 plus $ 500 for studs very reasonable! his buisness is called custom parts & service. id be glad to help with any other questions . his number is 954 309 8201
