The 03 has the oval manifold and the 04-07 has the horse shoe shaped one. I have heard that it was just a design change. I got my hands on another manifold and am also doing my own custom shall we say. If you simply weld up your existing cooler, that will only block the exhaust from flowing through the cooler, but will still allow coolant to flow through it. The best was is to eliminate this all togethor (like the FCDP & GOGO) so there is no possible way to get coolant into your intake if the cooler fails. Make sense?
Pm I think I know where there is an 03 manifold if your interested...
