Hi all,
I am soon going to need new tires, and want to do a leveling kit and 35 inch tires, but I drive 100 miles a day round trip for work, so I don't want to kill my fuel economy... Can you guys with 35's please tell me what kind of fuel economy you are getting, and if you know how much it changed with the bigger tires. I also would like to know what kind of tires you gents are running, I want some thing aggressive, but I need something that will hold up fairly well on the highway.... Thanks in advance. Tim |

I cant speak for the mpg on a 6.0 but I will say that I run the Mickey Thompson 315 75 R16 Baha ATZ and I love them. I made quite a few road trips on my first set and they went forever. They are agressive but ride great. No problems at all with them. I got about 60,000 out of mine. They are worth the price.

It was a lot of long road trips too. KS to VA and back multiple times, and from VA to CA, and CA to KS. I didnt figure that would last near as long as the did with all the road trips I was making.

Awesome man...I will definitely look into these tires, I just checked out some pics, they look good...Aggressive sidewalls, but hold up well on the highway
$237 is pretty dang cheap...Hopefully if I get the Mickey's I can get them for somwhere around that price...Thanks again... keep the info comin' guys... |

I have run BFG AT's in the past in stock sizes, very good wet, dry & snow, and lasted forever. I'll be doing them in 35's hopefully in the next month. Hoping mileage doesn't drop off much (or at all!).

I have 35's on my 6.0 PSD. Procomp Xtreme Allterrains. I drive about 70-80 miles per day and usually get around 11-14 mpg with them. Also put about $70 in diesel each week. Its not to bad at all. I think the tires run about 280-300 apiece. Hope this helps

When i had my 35's on i would get anywhere between 15-18 in the city and 17-20 on the highway.
