reverse sensor

I posted this in the electronic section but I thought maybe I should post it here also. I did a search on here and have found that I probably have a reverse sensor bad since everytime I put the truck in reverse it automatically turns the sensors off. My question is could someone give me some insight on how or the best way to remove these from the bumper when I find the bad one?
