I have heard many different things about straight-piping my 04. Havve an MBRP set-up on the way and now I am hearing that I will create turbo issues. Please help.

No, straight piping will not hurt anything in any way.
The turbo acts as a muffler of sorts and provides all the back-pressure your engine needs. the turbo doesn't need back pressure, less downstream pressure on the turbo helps it spool anyway! |

if you wanna get a nice pipe for your muff. delete go here 03-06 Ford 6L Powerstroke Diesel Stock Muffler Delete Pipe i hope i can do this, but ya i put it on mine and love it, just be careful if you get it when you cut the tail pipe off the back of the muffler get it flush with the muffler. oh ya, and you can just slide it off the front. for the cat take the cat off gut it then slide it back on.
