2006 Gas milage?

Thinking of buying a 2006 f350 drw crew cab 4x4 with 35's and a flat bed. Wondering what i should see for gas milage stock with only a 4in straight pipe not kitty or muffler
and would could i get with a good custom tune?

I guess i should say fuel milage not gas milage since its a 6.0

I have pretty close to the same truck. It's an 06 with 35's 4inch exhaust and tuner. It's a SRW though. In the summer i get right around 19mpg taken it easy and in the winter im around 16-17 depending how cold it is.
