considering an Amarillo... service techs please read

Hi guys,

I looked at an 06 CCSB Amarillo package a couple days ago. After popping the hood and seeing a bunch of Banks stuff, I told the dealer I was not interested and left. I was thinking if it had Banks bolt-ons, it probably had a banks tuner. Should I have given this truck more consideration?

I wish I had taken pics, sorry. The truck has 48k miles and stock head bolts. Would anybody here be able to run the VIN and email me an OASIS report? I can tell you that it did not start, but it was 18 degrees and this truck has been on the lot since at least late summer. It cranked for a few seconds then started clicking. That sucked, sounded like it was about to fire when it started clicking. I popped the hood, saw what I saw, and didn't bother having them jump it.

Do you guys have any opinion on this truck, should I look at it again?
