RPMs Fluttering

When at WOT at 3300 or more my truck will flutter the rpms like it is runnin out of fuel???? It has Matts Max fuel race tune, fresh filters, and this was run on pure #2 at 35F... Truck hits about 1400F egts... No codes showed up....I am in the process of chattin with matt at this moment but thought i would post on here to see if any one has any ideas...

Do i have issuses arrising?? Need to find out since i will be taking a 2000 mile road trip in a couple of weeks

rev limiter ?????????????? built into the tuner?

Rev limiter is set to 4150
