D900 and E023 on test mode DTC

Can someone tell me what these mean? I think ive figured out D900 means Transmission speed sensor...does this hurt anything and how much to replace?

But i cant figure out about E023 and not sure if i have D900 correct..

Oh and my programmer isnt picking up any codes off this just the test mode..

Anybody...

If you are talkinmg about the test mode on the instrument panel they have no coorelation to the PCM they are for the instrument panel only.
