are my head gaskets blown?

I was looking for an oil leak and when the truck was running looking through the passenger side wheel well I could see liquid bubbling out of the exhaust manifold on the port closest to the front of the truck. Does that mean my gaskets are blown? Also have an egr delete btw so its not the cooler

You sure it's water and not fuel? A bad glow plug or a abad injector could be failing to ignite the fuel there... Just a guess? Seems like water would boil off immediately...
