Adaptive Learning

I know Spartan is/was working on getting rid of the adaptive learning for the 6.4ls but is anyone working on that for the 6.0l? I'm not so much talking about the power difference but more so the transmission. My truck shifts so much better on a freshly loaded tune than it does with a tune that's has 100 miles on it.
