White Smoke

I have a 2005 F-350 w/ 90,000 miles w/ a superchip micro-programmer. Yesterday on a trip to GA to ride atvs I had to stop for fuel a few miles from where we were going and left the truck running. I filled up and drove to our destination. I cut the truck off for a few minutes and came back and when I started the truck it poured white smoke. I thought it may be water in the fuel since this wasn't the best kept gas station around...so I bought some howe's additive. It smokes when letting off the accelerator. note ( I was pulling a 18 ft. trailer with 4 large atvs ) and I had to add about 3/4 gallon of coolant to the reservoir. Could anyone shed some light on this issue? I bought the truck from an individual; he never said anything about a warranty? is there anyway to remove the programmer without the dealership knowing it was there? Thanks guys
