fuel additive?

for those who are running 2-stroke oil in the fuel what is the mix ratio you are using for full tank of fuel, and are you using standard 2-stroke oil or synthetic 2-stroke oil. also what brands

when i had my LBZ Duramax, i just went to wal mart and bought a cheapy 6 oz bottle! 6oz bottle of 2 stroke to 26 gallons is what i ran! i dont think synthetic or non synthetic really matters! all i went for is what was cheapest!

From what I have gathered doing searches on the subject, just make sure it is ashless and add 1 oz. per gallon of fuel.

And most people run the cheap stuff from Walmart!

2006 F-250 Lariat C/C, 4x4, 6.0L, 3.73's, loaded, 2.5" leveling kit, 20" XD Series KMC Hoss wheels w/ BFG a/t's, Custom RPM turbo back 4" exhaust w/ 6" tip, zoodad mod., high idle mod., front tint.

Why run 2 stroke in the fuel of a 6.0
I run stanadyne performance formula 8 oz. to 30 gals takes care of everything and pick up couple mpg.

from what i understand it adds back the lubrication that is stripped from the fuel when it is made into ulsd.
