How much all together to...
I was thinking about selling my truck just to see what else is out there but then I started to think about making it a more long term truck and making it as reliable and fun as possible to own. So what I am getting at is to make this thing mechanically reliable I know an egr delete and studs are top on the list. I just cant get a good number on what I should expect to spend. If I could have my way I would get egr delete, studs, and turbo rebuild. I wouldnt be able to do the things myself but I can get to an International dealership. Calling them and getting a quote is an option but I like this forum more, plus I like the opinions I get on here. As of now the truck is doing good mechanically but I cannot have any downtime due to a suprise right now. BTW its an 05 with 124K. Thanks all.

I would say around 2-3g being its an 05' you prob gonna have to get a custom tune to write out the egr valve. I'm no expert thats jmo.

Also, add a coolant bypass filter to help maintain that oil cooler, CCV filter to keep the intake and turbo clean, oil bypass couldn't hurt. Keep you filters and fluids changed on time and with the proper stuff.

I'm game to do anything that will make this truck as reliable as possible. It's just a matter of cost to mod vs. cost of trading/selling/buying something else. I keep up on the PM very well though.
