Is Dodge always faster then Ford?

Just a curious question here. I know that stock dodges are generally faster then ford. I was just wondering what about when similarly tuned? For instance sct custom tuned ford vs a smarty or whatever dodge uses tuned. Basically what i am asking is if 2 similar modified trucks (1 dodge 1 ford) will dodge always be faster? How does the motor acheive this? what makes it faster? Thanks for any insight. Mainly just curious myself because a dodge has 2 less cylinders right?

well a dodge with a smarty cant handle level 9 without a built trans. they recommend level 3 only with a stock trans. so a tuned ford with sct against a dodge with a smarty is no comparison. the ford will be faster.

I am 24 years old. I was not trying to offend anyone or insult anyone. I was just curious as to how the different motors worked and what was the differences that made one faster. Merry Christmas everyone.
