Do yourself a favor and check the chrome on your wheels. I have had these wheels for two years next month and in that two years they have never seen snow,salt, mud etc..anything that could damage the finish.
I run my stock wheels/tires in the winter and don't off road at all.

The chrome startrd peeling on the backside of the hub and went completely to the front of one wheel.
The prep job before the chrome is just plain awful.

Hard to see, but the two tone is from missing chrome. This missing piece started on the backside and made it all the way to the front.

That sucks. That's a small contributing reason to trading my 20" wheels recently. I don't want peeling chrome down the road. I think mine had a 1 year manufacturers warranty which would be up in may.

Guy that works for me has Moto Metals and he cant keep his center caps on. Any advice?
Or are they just crappy wheels!

I don't think moto's are all that good. The blue oval in the center fades really fast and looks like crap.

Anyone have or know someone with Ultra Wheels? Just wondering if they are any good or have this problem?

Was going to get Weld Cheyennes but found the same wheel made by Ultra for half the price. I know the Welds are high quality but I dont really want to drop 500 a wheel when I can get them for 195.

I have the black ones on my truck and the center caps have all of the chrome coming off. I just went camping over the weekend, (no hardcore muddin-just back roads driving) and lost one of the center caps? Hoping to find some different center caps that will fit in place of those crappy plastic ones they come with! Anyone tried any others that fit?

My Helo's are holding up well. My brother has some Helo's that are about 4 years old and they still look new.

Helo center caps or wheels? Im not wanting to change wheels, just center caps, and holy crap the center replacements are like 30.00 each!!!! They are plastic for cryin out loud, and the chrome flakes right off after about 6 months!!!!!! I need some metal ones like the old school american racing ones that went in from the back so they didnt fall off!! How can they expect anyone who uses their truck to be happy with plastic centers that just pop off?
