2003 F-250 Back Window.

I had a slight accident with a washing machine I was transporting. I sort of forgot to tie it down and it came through my back window when I came to a sudden stop. I currently have/had the 3 piece window. I want to put the single window in place of it because I like the look better. How hard are these to switch out? Are they bolted through the cab or held in like a windshield? Any help would be great.

thye are held in with a grommet. they are real easy to change out just need some soapy water and a piece of small rope to aid in pulling the grommet past the window.
