Post Degas Bottle replacement question

Good morning org!
I'm having a problem finding the "Y" pipe that goes under the Degas Bottle. Can any of you guys point me in the right direction with a supporting vender and part number. Also, are there better hose clamps out there. Thanks again guys!

Overflow Hose | Genuine Ford | 5C3Z-8075-CB : AutoNation Ford White Bear Lake | Parts & Accessories
Verify with @fordsvtparts

Edit: and if that is the right part number, it should be added to the Parts List sticky.

He didn't specify his year model, but I thought the '03 and early '04 were the only ones that were different and from the late '04 up they were the same. I guess I was wrong. Sorry if I created any confusion, but I did say to verify it with @fordsvtparts .

Why they call it an overflow hose on the website is beyond me.
