some questions about my ford, lifted ? modell.

hi i have some questions,

can u see in my pictures if its lifted and how much ?
i have 22" rims whit 305/45/22 tires.

and what does xl, xlt stand for ? my is xlt something special whit that ?

i have leaf springs in front does every one have that ??
i have seen some whit normal spring, maybe only high lifted ones ?

Im gunna geuss a 2" or 2.5" leveling kit up front. I dont think the rear sits high enough to be a 4" lift and it looks like the front sits just a hair higher than the back. Which happens alot with a leveling kit. It would help if you could get some pics of the shackes up front that hold the leaf springs where they meet the frame.

As for the amount of oil you will need 14 qts. Oil Filter Only Motorcraft Brand FL2016 will do. Change it every 5,000 miles unless you have an oil bypass setup...then every 7,500. Use the correct oil....I would suggest Mobil1 5w40 Synthetic...little pricey at $22 gallon (Walmart), but its your truck. You can find a phethera of data from google on any subject relating to the 6.0L,, just do the research and get testimonies on what works. Good Luck.
