Experts needed!

I'm new here and I am fairly new to diesels and at a crossroads. I have a stock 06 6.0, which has never let me down yet but I'm itchin to open her up a little. I was thinking on doing the zoodad, and cat/muffler deletes (DIY mod), or MBRP 4"TB (but $$ and xmas is coming so this might have to wait).

What I need help with is how will this affect my towing capabilities? I pull a 12.5K Toy Hauler and the power/torque is there when I need it as is. But I do love the sound w/o the cat and muffler. Any pros or cons? Thanks in advance.

I'm no expert, but those mods certainly aren't going to hurt you're towing capability. If anything it'll lower your EGT's and let you push harder when towing. Throw a SCT with a tow tune into the mix and you won't know what to do with all you're new found power.
