At your first start up 30 to 50 seems some what normal. On a cold start up mine is always at 50 on the nose. I get to 15 psi once warmed up and I am sitting at stop light. On a descent accelleration I can get as high as 75 psi.

Where are you checking your pressure from? Is it tapped into the top of the filter lid, or somewhere else?

Nice... I was thinking about that if I can get my hands on the filter caps. How you like your bypass? Been considering that as well.

No change in driveability or performance with the synth? The dealer weas telling me to avoid it since they were not sure how it affected injector pressures with different lubricity and viscosity. Can't see how synth could be worse than dino though... Might try it myself, still undecided. Need to find a place that stocks one brand regularly that is not crazy priced. You running Valvoline or Mobil 1?

Is there a post here about your DIY coolant kit? I would like to do that in the future as well. All kinds of crap to do to this thing!
