changing temperature units on electronic climate control

hey guys i got an 06 f-350 with all the options like leather and steering wheel controls and electric climate control, besides the point, anyway i can't figure out how to change it from fahrenhiet to celsius ( i am metric being from canada) i know its just two buttons you hold down (i think?) but i don't know which two or for how long, thanks in advance

I'm curious to know myself.

I had it on C, then it reverted back to F last summer. The Ford dealer recently flashed my truck and setup, and changed back to C, but I'm sure you can do it without the dealer.
