most expensive drag race!!

a few days ago, i was out drag racing. i am doing really well and i am beating quite a few people. i lined up to a duramax and i was bound and determined to beat him!!! aint no chevy gonna beat me!!! so i locked it into four wheel and pulled the boost up to 37 psi of boost waiting for the light to change. light turned and i launched all four tires spinning! GET SOME!!!! when i looked over he was spinning tires so much that he was pulling to the left HARD!!! and he was heading strait for the wall. not wanting to be a dick and i wanted to be there if he did crash i let go and i slowed. he straitened himself and we both rode away. immediately after my truck stalled.. weird.... pulled over and cranked it over, sounded a little wierd but started none the less. i was letting it run, and suddenly it stalled out again, not wanting to leave it hot, i started it again and it stayed on this time. talk to the guy for a min about mods and he bails. get back in my truck...... no gears baby!!!! if i revved it up it clicked in. so i got it home. had it into 2 trans shops now and it sounds like i have nuked a trans. funny part is now it runs ok if i am on it, however if you drive it regularly it starts off in 3rd gear then shifts down a few seconds later, and as you are cruising at about 45 50 it will sometimes hunt for gears.

in summery, 1 race with a duramax will now cost me between 3000-5000 and the kicker???? I LOST THE RACE!!!!! he kicked my trash!!
but to my comfort, he had A LOT of aftermarkets including water meth, turbo, and many more

oh ya forgot to mention, i got the truck 2 months ago, only made 1 payment. now i have a $20,000 lawn ornament.

Sorry, but with a stock turbo and no other mods aside from the basic mods, your not going to get 37lbs on the line. Your breaks wouldn't hold that much boost on the line either.

According to the stock turbo gauge it reads about 37 lbs. (I don't have one on the pillar) And the brakes did hold, but I was standing on the pedal, it was literally touching the floor.
