I don't own a 6.0 but a1/2 inch 50-250 ft lbs torque wrench Is what I would have if I could only have one. If you are looking to buy one for a decent price check out the Tekton tourque wrench on Amazon.
I haven't found just one that covers the whole range but if I could keep only one, it'd be my 1/2" drive, 25 to 250 lb-ft with a 3/8" adapter. I'd have to wing it on some of the smaller fasteners and a couple of the big ones!
With all of the little low torque stuff on the 6.0, I'd be recommending an electronic 3/8". ...and a 1/2" clicker. There's no do-all, but a 1/2" is a bit much for oil cooler housing bolts and filter tower screws and the like.
I picked up the electronic craftsman 3/8 and 1/2 torque wrenches, they have served me well for the last 3-4 years. Craftsman tools aren't what they use to be but they work okay for my needs.
I have a snap on 3/8" digital that I have used to replace my injectors and when me and my friend did his oil cooler/egr delete. Just a clicker 1/2" for now but maybe I will upgrade that in the future sometime.
