fuel shutoff valve??

Ok my truck threw a code P0005 and I'm stumped. Fuel shutoff valve open. Anyone have a clue what that is on these engines?

Ok guys I think I figured this out. When you turn the ignition to "ON" it turns on the fuel pump thus opening the fuel valve. Press continue on your SCT once you given your engine ample time to fill the fuel pump before starting the engine. For me the valve open code on pops when I hit continue to throw DTC codes right after I turn the ignition "ON". After a little bit then press continue and I notice there are no DTC codes. Now I'm not certain, but this is what has happened to me, and I think is the case.
