What is the difference in exhaust sound/tone between a 4" Stainless Steel exhaust and the exact same brand but in Aluminized Steel?

Nothing. At least as far as I can tell. Stainless just doesn't rust, although I've seen some nice aluminized exhaust that people keep from rusting by spraying it with WD40 every so often.

there will be no sound difference. Only time you will hear a sound difference is between 4" and 5" and if you have a cat delete or a muffler delete

How much better sound does a 5 compared to a 4.

The sound will be the exact same.

If you are driving in salt or leaving the truck sit for long periods of time - stainless
If not salt and daily driver - Aluminized. |
