Price ? and Oasis needed

Hey all, I am looking for a F250 and found a 06 with 63000 miles on it. It is the Lariat model Crew Cab short bed. Vin# 1FTSW21P36EC29900. They want $26990 for it, seems kinda high. Back in 2006 I had an XLT 6.0 and sold it in 07 for 23k and it had 40k miles on it. Bought a gasser and just sold that, I need my diesel back. No more gasser's for me. Thanks....
