Well I just got back from having my truck scanned. Turns out my original hunch was correct.

The #6 injector is bad. FICM is good, (it was at 48), batteries good, no coolant in the EGR valve or any residue, etc. So it looks like I will be pricing a new injector...I really wanted to do them all whenver I had to replace one, but that's not financially practical right now with the holidays coming up. Anyone know where I can get a reasonably priced injector? Only need one...

Yeah I just found one on Ebay from "Diesel Care and Performance Inc." for $164.00. It's a completely re-manned one and they have a 99.8% feedback. Thinking of going this route until the first of the year when I get my raise and stuff...then I'm gonna run the performance ones. Anyway, anyone heard anything bad about these people?

there is one on craigslist for 200.00 it is oem still in original box from ford. It was not re-mann`ed they had 2 380 for both or 200 a piece.
