Hehe, when I bought the house, it had a little tiny garage and that sign was in it, the wife wanted to throw it away but I managed to keep it, then when I built the new bigger, better garage, I screwed it on and since she cant run a drill or a screwdriver, I am set.

Even though it is a 30X40, it is not even close to being big enough.

It fits the truck and her Explorer adn then some, but when the woodworking tools come out, it is not even close to big enough
