fuel filter on frame?

The fuel filter on the frame of the 6.0 trucks? whats it called? Its got some initials?

What initials are you referring to? If you are referring to "F F", that means they are "First Fit". In other words, it is the original filter in the vehicle since new.

That filter is called the primary fuel filter by the way. And the housing is called the Horizontal Fuel Conditioning Module, A.K.A. fuel pump, water-in-fuel sensor, water separator drain and primary filter all housed in one unit.
