Old Diesel

Ok,
I'm sure this question has been answered a hundred times (I just can't find the answers). Is there anything that you can do to questionable diesel to get it to burn through a 6.0?

I bought a truck with an aux tank in the bed and when I tried to run the diesel out of it, the truck ran fine for about a half a day and then it stalled out. I was able to get the truck started again using the fuel in the main tank, but there's almost 70 gallons of fuel in this aux tank. Would throwing a couple bottles of CETANE booster in there do the trick?

By the way, I did change the fuel filters after the truck stalled out. Hopefully I didn't do any damage to the motor.

Any suggestions? Oh, and the Ford dealer wants $80 to dispose of the fuel...EPA something or another...

Find someone with a waste oil furnace, alot of garages/shops seem to have them around my area.
Post on craigslist, I'd think you'd get alot of replies pretty quickly for people wanting it!
