Its normal, but no its not surge. Its just the pressure coming back out of the intake when you let out of the throttle under higher boost levels.

turbo farts are normal and will not damage anything. it is not compressor surge, these are anti surge turbos. you can tell a anti surge turbo by the vents/slots on the intake side on the compressor housing

same here but only when its cold or the turbo is producing boost
