wasting time and money

99 F450 service truck water pump goes replace it .water in fuel filter drain it.add a new water seperator before fuel pump and now I have antifreeze in my fuel line , water seperator and fuel filter, mechanic tells me its the head gasket no way??? can any one help:

a 99 f450 should be equiped with a 7.3 diesel. the 6.0 came in 03.5-07
