I'm going hemi huntin!

I'm heading to atco raceway tonight (in Atco, NJ). Gonna be running the truck with it's new chip and exhaust. Wish me luck as I try my best to break into the 13s. I think it's possibly if the track is prepped just right. I'll post back in here the results with video and pics hopefully.

Results-

I ran 4 times. First run out there- 4wd, Boosted up at 2000rpm even, left a bit after the light, stood on it, ran a 14.3@92mph.
Same mph all night. Times on varied by .10 of a second. Best time was 14.3 I was let down. I wanted to see some lower times, I was REALLY hoping for some high 13s. The things I know:
I have 35s, yes it slows me down. But I'm not too sure it was the full reason.
I had boost as high as possible, if anything I had to sit and wait longer and let the boost build at 2kRPM because you leave at 2100 even and you spin all four times and hop and what-not. (still ran 14.4s when that happened)

What should I do? I'm thinking water/meth, but I mean- it was the fastest four door truck there!!

OH! and the hemi situation, as usual, one was there! WOW did this guy talk and talk and TALK about beating everything he pulled up next too. It was a 4 door, crew cab, short bed. He had a hypertech programmer, exhaust, and intake. He ran it- 16.4 first run. hahaha Second run- 15.6 That was his best. Poor guy. Hemi, huh?

Let me know what you guys think to get some high 13s coming out of big D!

Thumbs up You spanked the Hemi!

I know you were running against your own times, but you ran a heck of a lot faster than the Hemi

I'm running the SCT programmed by Innovative. I LOVE the tune- I can feel the power. I think something isn't coming through to the pavement though, I mean seriously, it has a 13.8 in it. I can feel it. I used to own a high 12 second mustang, so I have a feel for the power and what it takes to get down the 1320.
