Truck runs like chit when cold

So my truck has cut out since I bought it when its not warmed up. Now I put my SCT on it and its worse. Fuel filter brand new also. Additive in the fuel. Some days worse than others it seems like. Go on a trip get it warm runs like it should all the time. What you guys think I need to do. Had new fuel pump and one injector put in in June. They said the rest were fine. Think its a injector sticking or need the computer reprogrammed.

Take it in. Have them check the FICM. That is what mine was doing and they reprogrammed the FICM and problem solved (for a few months in my case, I think I have an injector going)
