Brake problems again

I have a 05 f250 that I bought this spring with 65,000 miles. A month ago I had troubles with my brakes getting hot and smoking. Thought I had it fixed, can anybody help me with this. My next move is to check the brake calipers.

What are you doing when it happens? Empty? loaded? slamming on them? any more info about the situation would be beneficial to troubleshooting...
