How do I tell if I have ARP studs?

New to diesels but looking at the heads it has a stud with a 12point nut. Is this how they came from the factory? Or does my truck already have studs?

If its a nut it should be a stud underneath it

ARP's also say arp around the top of the stud, thats another give away.
