Factory Buy Back

A lcoal dealer is pushing a lot of used PS's that are Factory Buybacks. Trucks that Ford has bought back due to problems. EGR, headgaskets,..... They list what was fixed and the trucks would still be under warranty.

Anyone ever look at or purchase a Factory Buyback?

I would steer clear of those trucks but that is just me.

Unless they're unloading them so cheap you can't say no, I'd stay away. Treat it like a salvage vehicle, they're just not worth as much as one with a clean history. By cheap enough I mean half or less, than retail value.

I'd do it if the price was good enough, but then I also have a salvage title on my '03

Ditto, best deal I've ever gotten! But the price has GOT to be right Bob.
