Doesn't run rough at all. It really doesn't run any different than normal other than the smoke. Which is considerably worse with cooler temps. We've have a couple of nice days now and its really not bad. It almost seems as though its got a stronger diesel smell than before, like when I back it in the garage but its a hard to tell if I'm just coming up with the idea or if it really is stronger.

Give it some warm up time in the mornings and see if that is the problem.

Update: Today I noticed that I had some bluish smoke when I accelerated from a stop sign well after the truck was warmed up. Before once the truck was at operating temp there was no smoke but now there is a light haze that it never did before. I know blue is oil but I'm confused as to where. It isnt down on power but if you stand next to the truck while its idleing you can here what almost sounds like an exhaust leak on the right side.(99% sure its not an exhaust leak)

If there's soot on the firewall or around there from the up pipes then it is.
But if it's blue smoke it is oil. Injector leaking oil?

No soot. Could be injector. No idea on how haard it is to check those. The engine bay is sorta cramped looking especially on the pass. side which is where the suspicious noise is from. Oil level is still good but that doesnt mean much other than the problem is severe yet...
