Its deff had some work done to it. To bad none of it was head studs or EGR delete.

I'm new to diesels, could you maybe explain to me what all this means.

Looks like they put a new rear main seal in and it did not fix the problem. So then they yanked the motor to reseal the bedplate. Looks like that fixed it. They also state that the abnormal shop time is due to removing anf reinstalling a snow plow.

Thats what i get out of it.

R&R= Remove and replace or remove and repair.

R&I= Remove and install
