OBD-II port not working

I was trying to check for codes with my SCT programmer last night but the unit wouldn't turn on when plugged in. It worked fine just a few weeks ago. I brought the programmer into work today and plugged it into one of the company trucks and it turned on. I also plugged it into my laptop and it was fine. Any idea why my ODB-II port would not be working?

On a side note, I was checking my codes because the truck has had a really rough idle during cold starts lately. It seems to be getting worse each day. Once the truck warms up, its fine. The truck is an 06 with only 75,000mi so I'm not sure what the problem is. I haven't heard the injectors buzzing like they usually do so I was leaning toward that. Any help would be appreciated.
