Do these wheels work with manual locking hubs

So im about to purchase a set of 33 inch Nitto all terains with 18 inch rockstar xds how do or do these at all work with the manual locking hubs. If someone could explain this to me thatd be awesome. Thanks

dont put the center caps on the front just run with them off

i saw a pic of a guy that ws able to fit his hand behind the cap to lock/un the hub. not sure if he had longer bolts to hold the center caps on though. I also saw someone keep the center caps off the front wheels. Looked better imo
