No heat No A/C

Electronic controls, fan only worked on Highest setting No heat No air just fan and cool air , dealer replaced heater control sensor,now fan works but still no heat or A/C, is there a self test for the 06.

Now they say maybe the Blend door motor,do they go in through dash side or under the hood, they told me about four hours labour at 100. per hour plus cost of the motor.This truck is killing me I think I bought a lemon.
