question on full egr delete

Can someone tell me if how the 'UP PIPE' plays into this egr delete? Is it somehting that needs to get done? What does the up pipe do? Thanks guys

the up-pipes flow the exhaust to the turbo, the left up-pipe (standing in front) has an opening that T's off to the EGR cooler, this is where the exhaust is partially re-routed into the EGR cooler, well with a full delete, obviously the EGR cooler is gone, leaving an opening in the up-pipe..so with the full delete im not sure but i think it comes with a new up-pipe that no longer has the scoop and re-route for the cooler, hope this helps
