HEATER NOT WORKING

I have 2003 6.0 and my heater is not workin i have checked control panel in cab any other sug. or help will be appreciated it blows cold any time it is on

if coolant level is low , it will do that , and some trucks have a heater control valve that is vacuum controlled right above the passenger side valve cover , check it , if its not opening then no hot coolant will be goin thru heater core
